High performing outrigger pads offering incredible strength, rigidity and load distribution - they're built to last!  Available in a range of sizes, both square and circular and with the option to personalise.


 Outrigger pads Engineered For:
Aerial lifts, digger derricks, concrete pumps, and mobile cranes typically up to100 ton capacity or other outrigger-enabled equipment requiring a strong and rigid outrigger pad .

Non-sliding Crane Outrigger Pad are manufactured using engineered UHMWPE, providing superior strength-to-weight ratio than the timbers commonly used to support outriggers and crane arms. These lightweight, usable pads provide a large non-slip surface area for absorbing load - minimising movement and sinkage. They can be used to stabilise outriggers, crane arms, scaffolding structures, uprights and angled loadings.

Outrigger Pads will not splinter, warp, delaminate or breakdown in the harsh environment. The pads are engineered to bend but not break and come with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Featuring a non-slip textured surface, these pads are built to the highest safety standards and are very easy to use with convenient safety rope handles.

 We offer excellent sliding properties and abrasion/wear resistance due to its low coefficient of friction. HDPE Sheet is very tough and impact resistant, even at low temperatures, it is lightweight, easy to weld but difficult to bond. As a thermoplastic sheet manufacturer in China, Abosn can supply both single color and Dual-color HDPE sheets to suit customer demands. We own the most advanced Extrusion machines to extrude HDPE sheets with fixed material under certain pressure and temperature. HDPE Sheet has an almost waxy feel to it and is pretty good at being a low friction wear strip material and is used probably more than any other plastic as a wear strip on conveyors or production lines of huge companies. While it is difficult to bond effectively to anything, which means that HDPE Sheet will need to be physically or mechanically fixed in place using screws etc.
