Anti-static self-lubricating flame retardant UHMWPE hopper chute liner
   PE1000 UHMW Liner, is used for many chute , coal bunker , truck liner , mixing silo lining and other project whose conveyor cohere easily when it been unloaded and delivered.
   Liners also provide a low friction surface to reduce adhesion when conveying sticky bulk materials. 
   Trough liners also act as a bearing surface when intermediate hanger bearings are eliminated in conveyors using close-coupled and clocked or shaftless screws. 
   Most commonly, trough liners provide a wear surface to increase the longevity of the trough or housing.

UHMWPE liner characteristics : 
   Weldable/Bendable - suitable for fabrication
   UV Resistant - Black only
   Physiologically inert - approved for food applications (Natural only)
   Electrical insulation - it is a good insulator
   Weatherproof - it doesn't absorb water
