HDPE concrete protective liner(CPL) is a high-performance protective material designed for concrete structures to provide excellent anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and mechanical protection. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, it has excellent chemical stability and durability and is widely used in infrastructure projects such as water conservancy projects, sewage treatment plants, landfills, tunnels, bridges, etc.

1. Excellent impermeability: HDPE material has extremely low permeability, effectively preventing moisture, chemicals and harmful gases from penetrating and protecting the concrete structure from erosion.

2. Excellent chemical resistance: HDPE is highly resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals, suitable for a variety of harsh environments.

Application

1. Water conservancy project: seepage control project for reservoirs, dams, channels, etc.

Construction method

Step 1: Grass-roots treatment: Ensure that the concrete grass-roots level is flat, clean and free of sharp objects.

Step 2: Laying liner: lay the HDPE liner flat on the grass-roots level, paying attention to the lap width of not less than 100mm.

Step 3: Welding treatment: use hot melt welding or extrusion welding technology to ensure that the joints are firm and without leakage.

Step 4:Fixing treatment: Use anchors or weighted materials to fix the liner to prevent displacement.
